I will also include the future cost for the Italian passport in this tracking, but for now we can close the chapter. We went to the Asylum for the Oath and Mei-Lin acquired Italian citizenship. At the Asylum we spent:

• “Imposta di bollo” (fee): 15.30 CHF
• Transportation costs: 3 CHF.

Equal to 18.30 CHF. Plus the previous 1’019 CHF we are now at about 1’037 CHF (about 1’106 EUR / 1’162 USD).
