2020 Tax Odissey #2

After my threats to the tax office of kanton Zerneve I just received this reply:

Dear Mr. Fantasia,
Based on the steps taken by us, the tax at source for the year 2020 is now complete. I have now made the tax assessment based on the tax return filed by you. As no correction has been done, you will not receive a tax assessment from myself. You will directly receive the final invoice/refund by the Steueramt of the city of Zerneve in roughly 3 to 4 months.
The Steueramt of the city of Zerneve is having your tax returns for 2021 and 2022. We have informed them that we have done the tax return 2020 so that they can proceed with the next steps.

So that’s it? No dear Homer, I want to know WHAT happened and WHOM to blame. Because, I’m sure, the SAME thing will happen again with 2021 and 2022. And, of course, provided you are right and the rest of 2020 gets processed in… AYFKM??? THREE TO FOUR MONTHS???
