Last Saturday we received another present in the mailbox: It’s Serse’s invitation to the Gemeinde for registering his residence! So, yesterday (Monday) we immediately went there. It was closed because of an obscure half-day holiday valid only in the city of Zerneve. AYFKM.
So, we went again today. Everything went smooth. 35 CHF for the registration. They gave us immediately an appointment for the ritual biometric photo session at the Immigration Office. It’s scheduled for END OF MAY. Better than expected but still a long way. Thank you, Putin.
Paranoia factor: In the letter for the invitation to the ritual Immigration Office, there is a list of documents we have to bring with us. It includes Serse’s passport/ID card WHICH WE OBVIOUSLY DON’T HAVE. This is gonna be interesting.
